Thanks for watching Amol! Yes, monthly passes are available. They require a passport, passport sized photo, and that you complete a form (the form is in Italian). At one point there was another monthly pass that didn’t require this form, but I’m not sure if it still exists.

The Cliffs were one of my Hun’s top things to see, too, and I’m so glad we went! Haha, and I’m still shocked at the food, months later. My coworkers, family, and friends are probably tired of me showing them all the photos 😂 I’m so excited for you and your group! Doesn’t it drop you off at Union Station or Ogilvie? Those are in west loop so you would still have to cross the river to reach downtown or if your staying in River north go across to the loop then north it’s a long walk.

@@venlol5055 it drops you at Union Station. You’d be in the Grand Central Terminal of Chicago and you could just take an express bus to Michigan Avenue across the street

@@MinelaughterI see idk I just find it more convenient to take the blue line since it’s right at O’Hare and you don’t need to take the ATS to the rental cars then transfer to the O’Hare Transfer Metra station.

@@venlol5055 more as a first impression of Chicago. You’re coming into beautiful O’hare, walk out to dirty subway cars and a dirty subway station. Meanwhile Metra is clean

@@MinelaughterI think we’ve had different experiences 😭 the cta cars I’ve been on are pretty clean for the most part (mostly the 7000s and the 5000s) the Metra is decent but kind of takes longer since it’s a bigger train

You know what...I totally hear you - there is no clear cut answer. I've recently heard that some diners are offered multiple entrees on certain sailings and others follow the same 1 entree per person. I honestly think it may be at the discretion of the staff (ie - perhaps offered during special occasions like a bday or anniversary to enhance the experience?) and food inventory. At any rate, I'd go in assuming to only select one entree with multiple sides. If you're able to select more entrees it will be a welcome surprise 😌 Thank you for bringing up another excellent point - having "enough" to eat is subjective. When I read your comment about portion size my first reaction was "the food was plenty enough..." but then I read that you are a bodybuilder 😮 and said to myself, "oh yeah...my little 6/9oz butterflied fillet with sides isn't going to do ANYTHING for him!" 😂 I think the largest steak they offer is 16oz. The food at Chops is pretty good, so I wonder...have you thought about communicating your dietary requirements to the staff? Maybe they will be able to work with you on a special diet 🥩🥩🙂

Hey Rhoda! I think it’s ok 👍🏽 Know the weather is going to be cooler and the chance of rain 🌧️ increases since it’s the tail end of the Med cruise season & fall. However, the price of flights and hotels are likely less than what you would pay in the summer peak season. Is the weather a deal breaker for you? Or is it not much of a concern?
